Hi, I’m Tanya

Owner and manager of OJFit 4 Life and my goal is to help others to make the changes that I made towards a healthy lifestyle whilst supporting them along their fitness journey and having some fun along the way.  

I believe that we should move away from the traditional, stating what is wrong and right but rather move towards motivating right choices and positive journeys.

Why our crew is right for you!

Respectful and accepting of everybody because we all want the same opportunity to train. 

 

Trust in your trainer to do the right thing by you and trust you will provide all the information we need to train you effectively. 

Realistic expectations of what we can achieve in our environment and over certain periods. Understanding that progress in health and fitness is a gradual and long term process.

Openness as a trainer to be approachable and ensure that everyone is and feels comfortable to be able to tell or ask us anything at any time.
