CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Each class is carefully designed to target specific fitness goals while maintaining a fun and supportive environment.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Designed to build functional core strength with a strong emphasis on alignment and proper form to build a powerful, balanced physique.
BUMS AND TUMS
Resistance band training with a focus on lower body and core muscles. We offer added weights and different bands to increase intensity.
PUNCHFIT
This dynamic workout combines heart-pumping cardio with basic punch combos and bodyweight exercises. Great for all fitness levels.
SWEAT CIRCUIT
A circuit style workout with multiple stations hitting multiple muscle groups. A great way to build strength and relationships.
FUNCTIONAL LOW IMPACT
​Aimed at our senior community or those nursing an injury. We focus on strength, coordination, balance, and cognitive skills. Seniors Card accepted.
FLEXIBLE & FAIR PRICING
We offer simple, straightforward options with no lock-in contracts.
